Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

GoDoCity LLC, Daytona Beach, Florida ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor administers all GoDoDaytona sweepstakes and contests. Individual promotions may involve local or regional business partners who contribute prizes ("Prize Partners"). Prize Partners are not co-sponsors and have no administrative authority over the promotion. Prize Partners are responsible only for the fulfillment of the specific prizes they contribute.

GoDoDaytona is a digital media brand operated by GoDoCity LLC as part of the GoDoCity network. All promotions are administered solely by GoDoCity LLC unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's official rules.

2. Eligibility

Unless the specific promotion's published rules state a different requirement, all GoDoDaytona promotions are open to:

• Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
• Who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry
• With a valid U.S. mailing address

The following individuals are not eligible to enter any GoDoDaytona promotion:

• Employees, contractors, agents, and officers of GoDoCity LLC and its affiliated entities
• Employees of any Prize Partner contributing prizes to the specific promotion
• Members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child, whether by blood, marriage, or adoption) of any ineligible person listed above
• Persons residing in the same household as any ineligible person listed above, whether or not related

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of their state and locality.

GoDoCity LLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner. Failure to provide requested eligibility documentation within the stated timeframe may result in disqualification.

3. Promotion Period

Each GoDoDaytona promotion specifies its own entry start date and time, and entry end date and time, all in Eastern Time (ET). All entries must be received by the stated entry deadline. Entries received after the entry period closes will not be considered regardless of when they were sent.

Sponsor's computer system is the official timekeeping device for all promotions. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any discrepancy between the time shown on a user's device and the time recorded by Sponsor's systems.

4. How to Enter

Entry methods and requirements are specified in each individual promotion. Accepted entry methods may include, but are not limited to:

• Online entry form: Complete and submit the official entry form at the designated GoDoDaytona entry page during the promotion period. All required fields must be completed accurately.
• Email entry: Send an email to the address specified in the promotion with all required information in the body of the email.
• Newsletter subscription entry: Subscribe to the GoDoDaytona email newsletter during the promotion period as specified in the promotion details. Existing subscribers who re-subscribe using a new email address are not eligible to receive an additional entry through this method.
• Social media entry: Follow, like, comment on, share, or otherwise engage with official GoDoDaytona social content as specified in the promotion. Must use a public account and comply with the respective platform's terms of service.
• In-person entry: Where applicable, complete and submit a physical entry form at a designated location as specified in the promotion.

Entry Limits

Unless the specific promotion's rules state otherwise, each person is limited to one (1) entry per available entry method per promotion period. For example, if a promotion offers both an online form entry and a newsletter subscription entry, an eligible person may submit one entry via each method, for a maximum of two entries total.

Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses, names, or identities may result in the disqualification of all entries from that person. Entries on behalf of another person are not permitted.

Prohibited Entry Methods

The following entry methods are void and will be disqualified:

• Automated entries, including entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, or other automated means
• Entries submitted through third-party entry services or sweepstakes aggregators
• Entries that use false, inaccurate, or incomplete information
• Entries that circumvent entry limits through use of multiple accounts, email addresses, or identities
• Entries that violate the terms of service of any platform used for entry

Entry Ownership

Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries.

5. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To obtain a free method of entry for any GoDoDaytona promotion that otherwise requires a purchase, subscription, or social media action, eligible participants may send a handwritten postcard to the address below with:

• Their full legal name
• Complete U.S. mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP)
• Email address
• Date of birth (to confirm eligibility)
• The name of the specific promotion they are entering

AMOE entries must be received by the promotion's entry deadline. Only one AMOE entry per person per promotion period. AMOE entries receive the same consideration as online entries. No mechanical reproductions accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for AMOE entries that are lost, late, damaged, or misdirected in mail.

6. Prizes

Prize descriptions and approximate retail values ("ARV") are stated in each individual promotion's materials. Unless the promotion's specific rules state otherwise:

• All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty, express or implied
• No cash substitution, prize exchange, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as required by applicable law
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable
• If a stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
• Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the winner notification; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited
• All costs and expenses associated with accepting and using a prize not expressly stated as included — including transportation, meals, accommodations, or other incidental expenses — are the sole responsibility of the winner

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Selection Method

Winners will be selected as specified in the individual promotion's rules:

• Random drawing: A potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period, using a randomization process. Random drawings will take place on or about the date stated in the promotion materials.
• Judged competition: For skill-based promotions, a panel of judges selected by Sponsor will evaluate eligible entries based on stated criteria. Judging decisions are final.

Notification Process

Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of selection. Sponsor will make up to three (3) attempts to contact each potential winner over a period of five (5) business days from the initial notification attempt.

Winner Forfeiture

A potential winner will be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited if the potential winner:

• Cannot be reached after three (3) contact attempts within five (5) business days
• Is found to be ineligible under these Official Rules or the specific promotion's rules
• Fails to respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the final contact attempt
• Fails to execute and return required documents within the stated timeframe
• Declines the prize

In the event of forfeiture, an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries using the same selection method, time permitting.

Verification

All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize is awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has not complied with these Official Rules.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the specific promotion period. Sponsor cannot predict in advance the number of entries a promotion will receive. Past promotions are not indicative of the odds for future promotions.

For skill-based or judged promotions, odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the quality of the entry relative to other eligible entries, as evaluated by the judging panel based on stated criteria.

9. Prize Acceptance & Conditions

As a condition of prize award, winners may be required to execute and return within ten (10) days of the prize notification:

• An Affidavit of Eligibility confirming the winner's compliance with all requirements of these Official Rules and the specific promotion's rules
• A Release of Liability releasing GoDoCity LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and Prize Partners from any and all claims arising from participation in the promotion or the receipt and use of the prize
• A Publicity Release (where permitted by applicable law) authorizing GoDoCity LLC to use the winner's name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation

Failure to execute and return required documents within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. If the winner is a minor in their state of residence, a parent or legal guardian may be required to execute all required documents on the winner's behalf, and to accompany the minor in connection with any prize experience.

By accepting a prize, winners confirm acceptance of these Official Rules and all conditions of the prize award.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local income taxes on prizes, and all other taxes, fees, and costs associated with accepting or using a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes with an ARV of $600 or more, or as otherwise required by applicable law, GoDoCity LLC will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other appropriate tax form. Winners must provide GoDoCity LLC with their Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. Failure to provide required tax information may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners are advised to consult a tax advisor regarding the tax implications of winning a prize.

11. Publicity Consent

Except where prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to GoDoCity LLC's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements regarding the promotion and/or prize for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes in any and all media — including print, digital, social media, email, broadcast, and video — without additional compensation, consideration, or prior notice.

Where required by law (including in states such as Tennessee and Nebraska), winners have the right to decline this publicity consent. Declination of consent does not affect the winner's entitlement to the prize.

12. Release of Liability

By entering any GoDoDaytona promotion, each participant releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless GoDoCity LLC, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, agents, employees, and Prize Partners (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind — including personal injury, death, property damage, and loss of data — arising directly or indirectly from:

• Participation in the promotion or any promotion-related activity
• The acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize
• Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries
• Any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this promotion
• Any typographical, printing, or other errors in the offer or administration of the promotion, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of prizes

13. General Conditions

Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time if Sponsor determines, in its sole judgment, that fraud, technical failures, force majeure, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control has impaired the integrity, fairness, security, or proper administration of the promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award prizes by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such action, or elect to not award prizes if no eligible entries were received before the event.

Right to Disqualify

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Finality of Decisions

All decisions by Sponsor regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize award, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding on all participants. No correspondence will be entered into except as required by applicable law.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with any GoDoDaytona promotion will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

Platform Terms

Promotions administered through social media platforms are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. Any questions or complaints about a promotion should be directed to GoDoCity LLC, not to the platform. By participating in a promotion through a social media platform, participants release that platform from any and all liability arising from participation in the promotion.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising from or related to any GoDoDaytona promotion or these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This governing law applies regardless of the participant's state of residence; participants from all 50 states and the District of Columbia are subject to Florida law for purposes of these rules.

All disputes must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, collective action, or consolidated proceeding. By entering, participants agree to waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to any GoDoDaytona promotion.

Any legal action arising from or related to a GoDoDaytona promotion must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and participants consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

By entering, participants waive the right to seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and the right to a trial by jury, in any legal proceeding related to a GoDoDaytona promotion.
