Aston Martin has decided that 3,400 pounds of British engineering isn’t enough; they want to sell you 18 floors of it. The brand’s new luxury tower at 3411 South Atlantic Ave is officially happening, featuring 86 units that all boast “ocean views.” I imagine the “amenities” include a lobby that smells like hand-stitched leather and a concierge who only speaks in a mid-Atlantic accent. It’s a bold move for a city better known for airbrushed t-shirts, but hey, if you’re going to spend $10 million on a condo, why not do it where you can hear the roar of the Speedway from your balcony?
